The Adult Praise Team ("Restored") of Cornerstone Community Church is honored to lead worship every Sunday morning and uses the words of 1 Corinthians 2:4-5 as our motivation, “My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on men’s wisdom, but on God’s power." Many of us have been ministering together since 1999, and by God’s mercy and grace we have witnessed His goodness as He has grown us in numbers and talent, but most of all spiritually as we have made ourselves available to serve in His name. 

The mission statement for our team has been nicknamed the G-Force:

Glorify God
Grow in Christ
Give of ourselves for the
Gain of the Kingdom

In whatever we do, we pray to do it for the glory of our God (1 Corinthians 10:31).  God has presented us  opportunities to minister not only within our church but in various community events as well.   Our contemporary style uses electric guitars, drums, keyboard, etc. with Biblically based lyrics to reach people of different backgrounds and all different ages.  Our music is upbeat and has a message of hope and encouragement for all.  We have worshipped at everything from youth rallys and revivals to county fairs and July 4th festivals.  Whenever God presents the opportunity we try our best to seize the moment and go with the hope of sharing the “Good News” of Jesus.  We would be honored to come and worship with you at your local church or any community event.
